The second annual YMCA Indoor Triathlon will take place on Sunday, April 18, at the Deer Path Branch, 144 West Woodschurch Road, Flemington. This fun event is for all fitness levels and includes a 10-minute swim in the pool, 20 minutes of cycling on indoor bikes, and 15 minutes of running on a treadmill. The goal is to cover as much distance as possible in each segment. Adults and youth ages 9 and over can enter the triathlon as individuals or as a team. This event is open to both YMCA members and non-members. The whole family can participate and all proceeds benefit the YMCA financial assistance program. Through the YMCA financial assistance, families and individuals in need can participate in YMCA programs and services, regardless of their ability to pay.
